Share and verify a certificate
Every earned certificate can have a public verification link, so an employer or client can check it is real.
You need to be signed in. The link appears under the certificate in the You tab shortly after you earn it (“Your verification link is being created” means wait a moment).
- “Copy verification link” copies the address.
- “Add to LinkedIn” opens LinkedIn with the certificate details filled in.
Anyone with the link sees a page with the holder’s name, the course completed, its hours of instruction, the number, the date and whether the certificate still stands. It never shows an email address, progress or scores. The link is a long random code, so nobody can guess it.
What the check means: the certificate is genuine, and Moxlearn issued it to that name, on that date, for completing that course. It does not check the holder’s identity, and it does not assess skills beyond the course’s own checks.
There is no switch yet to turn a verification page off. That is not available yet. If you need it removed, contact us with the topic “Certificate”.
