What happens after a refund

When a payment is refunded, your membership ends at once. This is different from cancelling, where you keep access to the end of the period.

• The payment is refunded in full.
• Your subscription is cancelled, so you are not charged again.
• Members-only units and the library lock. Unit 1 stays free.

Your account is not deleted. You can sign in as before.

If you join again later, you pay the normal price for the plan you pick. A refund covers one payment: it is not a promise to refund later payments.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with. How soon your bank shows it is up to your bank.
