Update your card and see invoices
Your card details are held by Stripe, not by Moxlearn. You change them on Stripe’s customer portal.
- Sign in to the learning app and open the You tab.
- Under Membership, next to your plan and next payment, choose “Payment details”.
- Stripe’s portal opens. Update your payment method and view your invoices there.
The portal link is made when you click and lasts only a short time. If it stops working, go back to the app and choose the button again.
The “Payment details” button only appears when you are signed in and have a membership.
